Waterproof Mobiles for Mermaids

Waterproof phones are just another reason to keep that phone glued to your face. Isn't anyone relieved that certain technology can't come with you? I mean waterproof televisions, cellphones, and laptops are like a permanent ball and chain. Now you can't make the excuse of "I was in the shower" or "I must've been diving off the Gold Coast, and didn't hear you pinging me a gazillion times." While it's quite nice to an extent to have an outdoor television, it's also nice to be able to break away from technology to enjoy the finer things in life like fresh air, sunlight, and nature. Not to mention personal time, which means personal. Now that I got that off my chest, Fujitsu demoed this really trendy F703i phone, which can be washed, rinsed, and submerged in water. Specs include a 2.2 inch QVGA TFT LCD, 1.3 megapixel camera, music player, and comes in Snow White, Blossom Pink and Lamp black. It's actually quite beautiful. Too beautiful too part from it even when in the shower. Damn you technology!

I hope more companies start making their phones like this. I lost a much loved phone to water damage. Too bad Nokia didn’t come out with it though. It would add to their indestructability.
