Second Skin: Future of Fashion

sandstromIn today's world, fashion-forward designers are looking for ways to merge their creations with technology in a very unconventional way. Stephanie Sandstrom, for example, created a dress that monitors and reacts to bad air quality, while Amanda Parkes designed the Piezing dress to generate electricity in response to movement.  We put together this video to show you some of the other wearable computing designs exhibited in San Francisco at an event called Second Skin, so check it out if you have time.

Special Thanks to: Takehito Etani, Stephanie Sandstrom, Bad Unkl Sista, and the SF Exploratorium
