You will need dry skin contact to get the message across effectively, but at least you have the element of surprise as no perpetrator would figure out this harmless looking pink baby seal actually packs more punch than Mike Tyson.
I'm all for self defense devices these days as you never know who might pounce on you, but my greatest fear remains - what happens if I lose the element of surprise, and the offender overpowers me while using this very baby seal tazer on me? Definitely food for thought.
