If you are perhaps too busy to go to church to confess (which btw is a sin), then you should take it online. Absolution Online is an online confessional, yes online, where you can release your burden. The free service is provided for the Internet community, and its not endorsed by the church. It seems pretty easy to me, you select your sin, proceed to confessional and prepare to be absolved.
