Very rarely do initial concept designs end up looking better than the final product, but it looks as though the design folks at Asus have botched it with the Eee desktop equivalent - the Box B202. This highly portable desktop computer will be powered by Intel's Atom processor and run on an i945 chipset, accompanied by 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a (relatively) spacious 80GB hard drive, and Linux OS. Pretty much like your Eee PC notebook, but in the form of a desktop. Apparently, it weighs less than a single kilogram, which is a feat to be marveled. This won't be able to let you get your gaming kicks in, but it certainly is good enough for everyday browsing as well as general office tasks. No idea on how much it will cost though.
