The Wave from Neutrogena comes in the form of a starter kit which includes a handheld vibrating wand with a couple of trial packs of pre-soaped pads. Powered by a single AA battery, the Wave is supposed to work magic, as you work it in small circles around your face while washing your mug with a favorite cleanser of choice. No idea if this is really effective, but hey - $14.69 is all you'll need to fork out in order to know whether it works wonders or not.
