Nokia is back with its flagship handset - the Nokia N97. This is touted to be the most advanced mobile computer in the world, and is meant to change the way ordinary folk like you and I connect to the Internet as well as with each other. What can you expect from this delicious looking handset? For starters, it comes with a generous 3.5" touchscreen display to challenge the iPhone, and not only that, you also benefit from an actual QWERTY keyboard so that your messaging and email needs can be met in an instant. Not only that, the N97 also comes an 'always open' window that caters for favorite social networking sites as well as Internet bookmarks. Other features found on this flagship model include multiple sensors, enough memory (how does 32GB of on-board memory sound to you?), a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, superior processing power, an integrated A-GPS sensor and an electronic compass. A microSDHC memory card slot is there to help you expand its storage space by another 16GB. Too bad Nokia has not upgraded the 5 megapixel Carl Zeiss optics, as that would've been something worth looking into. Nokia will ship the N97 from the first half of next year onwards for 550 Euros before taxes and subsidies. Would you be picking one up then, or do you prefer the iPhone?
