iPower SX solar-powered charger

There's nothing more frustrating than running out of juice while you're busy trying to sort things out over the phone, or to have your iPod battery die on you in the middle of nowhere without any power outlet nearby. Good thing we have come to a point where solar chargers are pretty affordable, and the iPower SX solar-powered charger is the latest in a long line of them. This device is able to hoard energy captured by the sun in a high-capacity, 2,200mAh battery and has been touted to power an iPod classic for a whopping 50 hours! That would translate to keeping a bevy of popular cell phones juiced up as well, in addition to handheld consoles like the DS and PSP and even digital camera. Just in case it is particularly cloudy that day, you can always charge up the iPower SX via an available USB port. An indicator light is there to show you just how much juice there is left. The iPower SX can be purchased in the UK for approximately $62.
