There is just something about these Zipper Wine Glasses that I find strangely alluring. I think it is the seductive blend of pouring wine down a curvaceous drinking apparatus, knowing full well that the person drinking it will feel less inhibited after knocking back a few glasses and the entire world seems so right. The image of a zipper pulled downwards halfway clearly accentuates the overall mood, making the Zipper Wine Glass a truly intoxicating piece of dinnerware.
Each martini glass comes with a hand-painted zipper up the side, while an actual zipper-pull has been incorporated into the design midway. Just take note that the product site contains a warning where “the paint used on the outside of this product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.” A set of four retails for a shade under $100.
