Sony's new Hi-MD Walkman

SonySony has unveiled a new Hi-MD portable player and recorder with studio quality recording. The MZ-RH1 can store music in linear PCM format which enables recorded music to retain the same quality as the original. Other formats supported by the MZ-RH1 include MP3, ATRAC, ATRAC3, and ATRAC3plus. You can easily monitor the progress of your recording through the blacklit spectrum analyzer located on top of the player. The MZ-RH1 is compatible with both PC and Mac. I am not sure when it will be available in the U.S, but Japan and Europe have April & May as their release date respectively. [Release] Via Muzik and Pics
