The RoboSapien might've been the droid to have this past Christmas, but this year look forward to his cousin P.E.A. Bot. Wowwee introduced a new protoype called P.E.A. Bot (Personality Evolved Android) at CES who comes with his own Segway wheels, LCD monitor-head, and even has it's own cup holder on the back.
