I'm rather skeptical when it comes to getting free stuff. So when I heard about FreeiPods.com, I just did not want to get involved. There is always some catch. But you know how it goes, curiosity killed the cat, and I decided to sign up anyway. Well, I am happy to report that it freaking works! Today I got my free iPod with color screen, not grayscale. I was completely surprised since I just placed my order on Monday, and today Friday, I got it. All 20GB, Color Screen, iPod in all it's glory. I already own the mini, and I swear I was going to buy the Nano this weekend, but hey a free iPod is a free iPod. I just saved myself $300 dollars! Anyways, just wanted to let you all know. Keep the faith, and if you have not signed up yet, well what'cha waiting for? I am still setting my sights on the iPod Nano, so I am keeping the Free iPod banner on the right. (*wink, *wink)

so how exactly does it work? how do they track referalls? how many do you need? do you have to sign up for anything? it still sounds too good to be true but if it’s not…. wow.

It takes about a week or two before your status shows as completed. It took me about a week to finally see it checked off. I guess they have to confirm, and re-confirm. Be patient, it’s worth the wait.
Ok so I’m having a heck of a time here. I thought I got it all worked out but now it says my status isn’t completed. Is this because i dont have enough referals? or is this because i joined and canceled Blockbuster Online to quickly? I’m confused.
Help!
