Imagine being able to share the music playing on your iPod with strangers. I spotted Jook at the Digital Experience event, a preview show of all the new tech before CES, and really like what they doing. The company is working on an accessory that enables you to share your music with other Jook users within 10 yards. You simply slip Jook onto your player, enable share mode, and a red light will indicate others you're willing to share your tunes. When you get home, you'll be able to connect via a social network with those people you shared music with on the road. Jook will work with any music player, not just iPods, and will be hitting the streets hopefully later this year. Here's a quick video I took of Jook at CES 2008.
