Touted as the 'world's first solar scooter', the Solarin Turtle has already had a pre-order of 100,000 units from China. Solarin Holdings builds this scooter in Malaysia and has already gotten wonderful press from many for the creation.
Not much is known yet and even a photo is hard to find for this item, but we do know that the scooter will have a max speed of 55 and will have the ability to be recharged via thermal heat or electrical source.
What a great way to go green! For no more than $820 it's not something many will pass up.
