Meet the Kodak Easyshare v610, that was announced today. The v610 is a 6.1 megapixel camera that utilizes a two lens feature to create a combined optical zoom of 10x, and it does all of this from its sleek 0.9 inch frame. How you ask? The two lenses which are both Schneider-Kreuznach C-Variogon all-glass lenses both have 6 megapixel sensors, one with a 38-114 mm range and the other a 130-380mm range. The two lenses are also fitted with prisms so that they don't have to extend beyond the body of the camera.
The camera also features Bluetooth 2.0 technology, an upgrade from
the previous model which had 802.11b and also allows photos to be
uploaded to pda's, notebooks, cellphones, kodak printers or photo
kiosks for easy sharing vs the limitations of the previous model which
only allowed images to be uploaded to kodaks easyshare gallery. Pricing
for the v610 starts @ $449.95 and ships from May 8th
