In-flight Wi-Fi coming to Air Canada

AirCell recently announced that Air Canada will soon roll out its in-flight Wi-Fi service known as GoGo on trans-border flights to the US starting from spring of next year. This announcement comes hot off the heels of Delta and American Airlines who recently trumpeted that they too, will be offering in-flight Wi-Fi services on domestic flights using AirCell's GoGo mobile broadband service. This new feature on Air Canada will be available on Airbus A319 planes only, and that also if they handle cross-border routes to the US. If that happens, be prepared to make sure your netbook or notebook is charged up to its maximum always if you want to take a flight and enjoy this service, since most economy class seats don't come with their own power outlet.
