Guess those Christian Dior cell phone rumors aren't just hearsay and a case of wagging tongues - the fashion house itself has announced that it will be rolling out an entirely new line of cell phones in order to expand its horizons by going past the traditional fashion business in order to boost sales. Boosting sales in a time where the economic crunch is hitting everyone hard is a noble idea, but I don't think you would actually sell that many handsets to make a difference to your bottom line if you're going to price it anywhere from €3,500 and above, depending on the amount of luxurious items such as diamonds you decide to add onto it. Will you be picking up a Christian Dior branded phone, or be more than content with your 3G iPhone?
