GeekSugar points to this cool interview Tom Samiljan from AOL Switched did with Hilary Duff. I have to say, I was totally surprised to hear her even mention a Slingbox. It amuses me to hear celebs talk tech, especially when they don't know what the hell they're talking about, but I have to say Hilary did pretty well. She switched from a Sidekick to a Blackberry, trolls YouTube, has a Mac, and wants to get her hands on a Slingbox. She's also pretty tech savvy, and says she'll wait to see how people like the iPhone before getting one. See even Hilary knows it's better to wait for the second or third version. Although, I have to say, I don't think I have her discipline. I'll be the first one running to the Apple store to get my iPhone in June whether it works perfectly or not so I can bring you a full review. Ah, the sacrifices of early adopters.

i think its totally cool when i hear about celebs being tech savy. out of the busy lives the lead shopping and running around the country…i always wondered maybe thats why they dont have time for tech stuff
but if celebs get talking more about tech as in what they use and what not, it would certainly do good to the brand, they have a lot of power. and this kinda of personal choices is will make a web service really popular simply because they use it.
Same here. Everyone is saying that they’ll wait for the iPhone, but I’m getting it on day one.
