One Boombox fan was looking for a creative way to turn that eighties boombox into a modern day iBook accessory, and this is what he came up with. It could work for an iPod, I suppose, but why not use all that space inside? He wired the the boombox to play music from his laptop or iPod, added a small amplifier from a toy and used a women's belt for a strap. I'd give him an A++ for creativity as well as for recycling materials he already had at home. I love how he covered a damaged speaker with a rabitt. Great job Cereallad! [via Craftster.org]
