InSpotLA encourages STD carriers to break the silence by anonymously sending their sex partners an eCard with a very straight-forward message. You can add a short message, disclose the STD, and send it to up to 6 people. The card gives you the opportunity to identify yourself if you wish, or send anonymously either way they don't collect personal information. The site was developed by Internet Sexuality Information Services, and it's a great (or scary) way alert your partners.
