At first it looks like some sort of death ray that attached to your iPod, but the podXtreme is actually a speaker which boosts it's loud enough to have people re-think making fun of the unit itself. The podXtreme contains a secret resonator that helps to elongate it's sound through the expanded tunnel, creating a deeper bass and richer sound. Considering screen size-to-speaker ratio, I'd say it's a great way to share videos with friends if you are particular about sharing earbuds.
