Hyoung Won developed a smart mobile phone that captures fetus videos, pictures, heartbeat sounds and tangible movements through a hand-held ultrasound transducer. The project was inspired after seeing a woman trying to record her fetus's heartbeat on a cell phone. Hyoung then developed "Emma" as part of his master's degree in Interaction Design at Sweden's Umea University. The phone also makes it easy for the user to build a website and upload captured photos to share her pregnancy with family and friends.
