Only those who earn more than $300,000 annually will be qualified to receive this card, while filthy rich folks outside of Kazakhstan will be able to get their hands on one if they feel like they want to splurge in style. There is no idea on the actual value of the card itself, but at least you know you can still live it up with the movers and shakers if you qualify for one.
